They want Floyd, just at the right time, just like they got Tszyu at the right time. Patience is a virtue.

Floyd is close to 30, and usually when fighters hit the big 30, they start to fade. Fighters that like to move around, show off their speed and reflexes, it is best to fight them towards the end of their career.
I don't think hatton will last his next two fights, he is having major problems making weight he may get stuck at 147

agree, Hatton doesn't have any problem at the moment making 140...this is where he belongs so I will not knock him for going back down...at least he fought a true 147 pound fighter his first time out unlike Floyd...I am just not sure Floyd would of struggled against Collazo. Baldy is stronger than Collazo, at least he seems it, so if he beats him, I wonder what Hatton's team will say.

I know you really can't say fighter A beat fighter B, so when fighter C beats fighter A, C can beat a fighter similar to fighter B...in other words (if I have that correct ), Zab beat (by KO the 2nd time)a true 147 pound fighter named Spinks, who has a smiliar style as Collazo (plus the size), and Mayweather beat Zab so it kind of puts Mayweather ahead in that sense of thinking...then again, Roy beat Toney, Roy beat Ruiz, but Roy didn't really have to take the punches that Toney had to, which makes you think again that each fighter handles moving up in weight fighting bigger guys differently...though like Roy in his prime, Floyd doesn't have to take those big punches right on the chin, so fighting bigger guys, Roy fighting Ruiz (only one real big punch landed by Johnny), Floyd has the advantage of not having to go toe to toe

The article referenced something about "personal rumours" between Graham and Hatton, yet it wasn't specified and no one's answered yet. Apparently it's supposed to be all over the net./

Well there's 2 things wrong with that. The 1st is Floyd fading because of age. Alot of fighters do start to slow down but alot of speed guys have used only that to get by in there whole career, ala Roy Jones. Floyd is different and you know this. He has great technique, great defense, and other things. He doesnt just depend on his speed & reflexes like a Roy Jones. Look at James Toney. Him and Floyd have similar styles. Toney has slowed down alot but because of his style & technique he can still give anyone fits. I think Floyd will be the same.

The 2nd part is Hatton waiting for guys too get old. You talk like thats a good thing. Thats a punk move to me. Why wait until Floyd gets old? Most people hate Floyd so much that if he did slow down alot and then lose to Hatton, they would make it seem like it was a real win even though they know Floyd isnt half as good as he used to be.

Again, Im not upset at Hatton and I think he should wait to fight Floyd because he isnt ready yet but dont turn around and start making up lies and making it sound like they chased him out of 2 divisions. Then they diss all his opponents and boost up all of Hattons

typical punk move but with hatton and his crew that's what your dealing with fake overhyped and little skill. He will nver be ready to take the ass wippin pbf will give him

Ok, I will give you the comparison to Toney, but age has its effects on everybody...even Hopkins wasn't exactly the same fighter, but his defense, skill, and smarts, created a fog in front of the people's eyes.

For Hatton, I didn't say it was a good thing, but that is a type of strategy...didn't Ray Leonard say that he waited for Hagler to get old? It's smart, but sucks for fans. Not the most honorable thing to do, but they do say it is all about the "W"

That would be like me not wanting to see a prime vs prime fight between Tyson vs Holyfield; Tyson vs Lewis; Holmes vs Ali, etc.

For you not to be "upset" with Hatton for not fighting Mayweather because he isn't "ready", whe the **** is he going to be ready?
See my point, he will be "ready" when Floyd is not ...that's why it pisses so many people off, including myself.

Can you imagine if he continues to say Floyd is the one ducking, just to extend his own career, then either just retires saying "Floyd never wanted the fight", or cashing out with a huge payday...

Like everybody else, the fight needs to happen NOW
