I've got to add as a Brit that I am appalled and totally pissed off with our justice system, a mate of mine got into a fair fight outside a night club and broke the guy's jaw, he had no previous but was sent down for 19 months in a mid range security prison and served 8 months and was released on a tag. He lost his job and cannot get anything worth talking about now he is out, due to his record, he has three kids and has led a good life but was in the wrong place at the wrong time and has been punished harshly IMO.

Hamed due to ******ity and his inflated ego decided to overtake in a dip at 90 mph in a dangerous black spot to show off his super car to a business associate, a couple coming the other way had no chance an was hit in their car, the guy has ended up having life changing horrific injuries and another car that Hamed over took was also hit.
Yet Hamed who had three previous convictions for speeding including one for dangerous driving (which were not taken into account) was sentenced to 15 months in a minimum security prison and he served just 4 months???
Ok he has been released on a tag but other that that his life wont be much different, he does not have to worry about feeding his family or moving on as he is a multi millionaire, to be honest it stinks and its a disgrace, Hamed will lead a fantastic life yet Anthony Burgin will lead a life of pain and limited ability!

here is a guy that takes what hamed did, and he tries to call it a mere "traffic offense", i mean if thats not ****** i dont know what is. i feel sorry for somebody like marshmallow here who rides someones jock so hard he would be happy to see them get away with murder, which he obviously would, since he doesent care that he ruined somebodys life and served all of 4 months in jail for it.

traffic offences are under civil courts where are what hamed did was criminal.

i know a guy that was attacked with a glass bottle in a bar and to defend himself he punched the guys face once and sent him flying to the ground and put him in Intensive Care for 3 days. he had no previous record and was just defending himself from being glassed to death.

He was convicted of GBH and was in prison was 10 months.
