In high school I was a 15 year old 6 foot, 225lb tight end and I was so much bigger than 95% of the other players, even a few of the linemen. Today I would be average, if not small.

Part of the reason people are getting bigger is the way our food is grown today. All mass-produced meat animals are fed growth hormones and anti-biotics in their grain to make them grow faster and larger. Those hormones, in a small part, are still in the meat you eat. Those affect your growth patterns. If you're an inactive child, it makes you fat. If you're an active kid, it makes you bigger. Overall we are growing taller as a race. The average shoe size for men has grown 2 sizes since the 70's, and women have gone up 3 shoe sizes on average.
Because of diet and healthcare we have been getting bigger since the Middle Ages, but it has accellerated drastically in the last 25-30 years.

You need to watch more boxing matchs from the past.

Ali didn't "Clinch" a lot after his combos until after his exile; dancing around the ring was his forte and it was when he lost his legs he had to do something to survive. When he did it in his "prime", and even later on, he also used it to mess with a fighter's head: here was this guy who is supposed to not be "powerfull", yet he was actually incredibly strong. He used his strength to clinch the fighters to show them that they were actually the "weaker" man; psychological warfare is a *****

Some of that food is not good for you because the hormones are actually better for the females; that's why they tend to be "thicker", bigger booty and bigger breasts
For males, it can actually lower testosterone level, thus giving yourself your own big breasts You have to stay active and the hormones in the foods will not have a negative side effect.
The Cholesterol in foods might be the other part that helps increase the hormones and the size of the youth, not sure though.

Size doesn't always mean strength though...take the Italians that came off the boat back in the day...those guys were usually incredibly strong because they worked on the farms and had a diet of pasta, meat, and OLIVE OIL, which if you don't know increases your testosterone levels to incredibly high levels.

A lot of the youth are on steroids now...I can't believe how many kids today don't even think twice about injecting themselves. Hearing kids talk about "cycles" is unreal.

Not saying all kids are on steroids, but a lot more than usual are.

A key to having bigger kids is part nutrition, and part breading with a partner that is also genetically gifted or big.

I would like to see a top "natural" athlete mate with Serena Williams to see what they produce Dam, does that sound wrong?

The biggest kids (that are "natural") that I see usually come out of the "******"...maybe it is part food and part environment: the foods all have hormones, thus making you have the potential to be bigger, and the rough environment tells your body "we need to get bigger, stronger, and fast or we die"

I read a report that there are a lot of "Middle-class to Upper-middle-class" parents, that are trying to get their kids on Growth Hormone so that they can have a better chance in life.
They actually go into the Doctor's office asking for HGH, even though there is nothing wrong with their kid.

Fighting closer to your natural weight relives your body of a lot of stress, and is also better for your health, which is why you also don't have many fighters in the modern era come close to 100 fights.

This is a perfect answer. Exactly what i was going to reply with.

Yeah look at these people saying Ali wasnt a technical fighter. Boxing is the sport we discuss, and we cant even have a proper conversation on Muhammad Ali.

Frankly if you dont think ALI was technical, that means he was methodical, which he was EVERYTHING BUT methodical with his build and his demeanor in the ring. To suggest Ali WASNT technical is ******, rediculous and ****ing redundant.
