Toney needs to get down to 220 pounds. I believed that he will be more effective at that weight range. Against Peters, Toney was moving around pretty good, but at 220, he will improve his moving around and be more effective. Even at that weight, his punching powers will not reduced. He needs to do more cardio and start pumping some iron.
