What was Byrd thinking fighting Wlad from the outside and trying to out box Wlad? Not going to happen, not with Wlads height and reach and he's got decent skills. When he's los to Sanders and Brewster both guys rushed him in close and ko'd they didn't give him any room to punch. Im sure Steward has been working one Wlads inside game, but his still has lots room to improve his fighting game in the inside.

I don't give a ****...I'm a fan of those Eastern European fighters, I like their gritty hard headed styles. They are comin from poverty and the collapse of their governments to just whoop ass in all kinds of athletic's...I love it..

We need more boxing gyms and more good boxing coachs who. And parents need to stop having fear of having there kid in boxing.

now as much as i love boxing. parents ARE right when they fear of having their kids in boxing.

I mean: one thing is ams, but the idea of having a son turn pro... well cant really blame parents for being afraid of their son ending up with brain damage

They need to make amateur boxing even safer than it already is: training headgear used for competition rather than competition gear, and 14-16 oz gloves rather than 10-12. That way amateur boxing will be so safe that EVERYONE will do it. At this point, the "safety" of amateur boxing is considered a myth by most MDs.
