    Peter's power overrated?

The power is good, probably is as good as Rahman's power, but I don't see any basis for claiming that Peter has a special edge over Rahman in that department. His pure KO wins were over D level opposition. He won't ever KO a legit top 10 HW (not from my list, lol:-).

I think it is overrated, the only reason he gets KO's are because of how he punches to the back of the head.

peter has good power for a guy with no technique to his punch.

if you really want to analise his power, watch all 3 kds against Wlad. Not one of them was really power related, his best shot vs. wlad was in 4th, where he got him flush with left hook.

Frankly, the comments pre-fight for this one from many on this board were boardline ridiculous.. not necessarily about Peter's power, but that he'd dispose of Toney so easily (which obviously wasn't the case)

I think Peters can KO many in the division, but in Toney's case: You can't KO what you can't hit..

He has power, what he doesn't have is wind to set up a ko, or maybe its called, he doesn't have the skills to set up the ko along with the air to do so.

In true terms, Peters needs a conditioning coach and his power will show up better.
