    Allen Green C- class fighter

He wanted to fight Lacy and Calzaghe but struggles with D class competition. He is not impressive. Two or three fights ago I seen him get Knocked down by a bum and last night he struggled against an a fighter that wasn't in his league. How does he expect to compete in the elite level in his weight? He needs at least to look impressive on ESPN before he gets a big payday.

he's a bum who got lucky that he caught Jaidon Condrington off guard in the 1st Round and built his name off of that win.

I went to bed before the Green fight; how did he look last night?

In his last fight, which was a month ago I think, I thought he looked very impressive in his KO win.

He struggled a bit in the beginning. Did good in the middle rounds and faded at the end. He did alot of holding in this fight.

It is funny how after his big KO win a month or two back and the potential fight with Lacy loomed.....People actually were saying he would beat Lacy.Lacy never struggled like this guy does with journeyman.......Lacy sealed the deal and would seal the deal on Green if they ever meet.Lacy KO in 6 or less.

Lacy struggled with Richard Grant and went 12 with him and Richard had been knocked out BADLY at least three times before that. Emmit Linton is a good fighter....it seems like many of you guys think that ust because a guy isnt famous or undefeated or you dont know who they are that it somehow means they arent good fighters. If a guy u never heard of gives a solid fighter a tough fight you think it means that solid fighter isn't as good as people claim. But Emmit Linton is a very accompished former top amateur and is a very solid, cagey and experienced professional. You guys (some of you) need to start opoening your eyes to the FACT that there are very good fighters out there that A Dont even have good (looking) records and B that YOU never heard of

Allen Green sucks. I know it's a harsh statement as boxing is a difficult sport. But nevertheless, he will not amount to much. He was already exposed as having a glass chin. If he ever fought Lacy he will get ko'ed by the first left hook that lands.
