I think Hatton would KO Witter, but it would be fairly close.

Hatton people said they wanted to wait for things to heat up some more and make a bigger pay day. However, on Hattons latest comments about Witter, he said something like why should I give him a shot when he's been talking all this **** about me. Those comments make you wonder.

Fairly close but Hatton by KO? Witter has a difficult style, good speed and power, he can box too, switches from conventional to south paw very well. Probably the biggest question is can Witter step into the ring with Hatton and fight all 12 if necessary? Interesting matchup.

In the first Castillo-Corrales fight it was close but resulted in a stoppage, a KO win is not always the result of sustained dominance.

Witter will play a full part for the first half of the fight, and he stands a decent chance of putting Hatton down (though not hurting him too much). After the midway point Witter would fade and wouldn't be able to keep Hatton off him and would therefore probably get stopped.

I don't think there'd be any KOs in this fight, in any case Witter stopping Hatton. I've seen Hatton hurt by lesser punchers than Witter. I think Witter's speed and boxing ability will make the difference, then again, if they fight in the UK ref might allow Hatton's rough tactics. Hope Witter comes in shape though and make it a good fight, I know Hatton will.

I think after the Collazo fight, which by the way Graham never approved, they're trying to give Ricky one or two easy opponents to get him back comfortably at 140 and then match him up against Witter or Castillo which would be good fights. Personally, I thought Hatton should've stayed at 147 where the bigger fights are. Collazo is not an easy opponent, he should've fought an easier opponent and then Collazo.
