well, that and the guy's been around alot of competitve sports lately, the rahman weigh-in, this pride press conference, various live events (boxing & MMA).. i get the urge to work out just watching on tv so i can imagine the drive going to all these live contests..

i think Tyson will remain an admirer of other combative athletes and keep doin his thing training wise, just to keep things active, and he needs money.. which i don't have a problem with.. everyone does

      Yeah more than likely.

Tyson obviously remains dangerous as a fighter because the last thing that you lose is power.

But I will say that if he plans on fighting again through any medum it be, he shouldn't quit the damn fight.

Because he folds, and that doesn't give him the chance to land a big punch on his opponent and knock them out.

I truly believe he folded against Lewis, Williams, Holyfield and Mcbride. He flat out gave up, and that's puzzling.

Oh and before someone takes fire with the "giving up against Lewis" thing. Yeah he was getting reamed, but he still was displaying negative body language.

It's almost completely mental rather physical that does battle in Mike's head.. reading about him at an early age, and all the things leading up to now, i'm pretty amazing and pleased with how things have ended up currently for Tyson, given how bad things could've have gone, considering..

I dont think he gave up against Lewis and Holyfield. He was a straight out gladiator those nights. He met his doom like a man. Not many would have stood 8 rounds of battering from a gaint.

Anyway, good points. I'll just leave it at that.

Great way for him to make some money!

Old timey champs like Johnson and Louis and others used to do exhibitions all the time for extra dough after they'd quit fighting professionally. As poplular a champ as Mike was, this should be a good source of income for him.

I wouldn't mind seeing Iron Mike club some MMA fighters. Although I was never a big fan of Tyson outside of the ring, I almost never missed his PPV's. It would be interesting to see how the MMA type of power compares to world class boxing power.

He is saying that it's funny because Vanilla Ice was "made" as well. He didn't make himself, clever marketing and song that used a bass line stolen from a queen song made him popular. I guess he's just mad because Eminem is the new "phoniest rapper of all time" lol

well he is forty, and just started training again. he probably hasn't been taking care of himself like bernard hopkins would, so i'm not suprised at his appearance at all.
