im not a floyd hater but i dont think his choice of opponents have been great since castillo. he should have fought kostya at 140 and he should have fought margarito when the 8m was offered, the 8m was offered because of margaritos lack off names. and by the way floyds not made anywhere near 8m from a fight.

That Margarito haters amaze me. First they want Margarito to move up in weight cause he's a big welterweight. Now a bigger welterweight in Williams comes along, unproven and their all up on his balls, yet, they don't scream to see Williams move up in weight, lol.

Yeah, 9/10 of the dumbasses that spam every Margarito thread with nothing but redundant bull**** questions:

A) Who has he fought?

B) Why do you say Floyd is ducking him

C) Kermit Cintron was his biggest win and Kermit Cintron sucks.

None of them have even seen him fight before.....and the time they did, it was a mediocre performance ala Daniel Santos fight.

I've always been inclined to respond with the same ****ing automatic answers to these annoying questions.

A) How can you fight big names, if the big names are totally afraid of you. Especially seeing as how they turn down huge offers to fight.

B) Floyd turned down the biggest payday of his career, and bought out his contract with Arum.....so that he didin't face Margarito end of story.

C)Kermit Cintron was a good, undefeated, highly touted, hard punching prospect that was a shoe in for a title. And I also think he proves he's a decent fighter at least by beating David Estrada in their last fight....which was extremely exciting by the way.

I never heard of Margarito until someone on this thread a few months back mentioned that floyd is ducking him, when floyd moved to welterweight division, i think while floyd is fighting Baldomir, Margarito should fight Williams, and the winner of that fight would face Mayweather, then bring on Mosley , ODLH...Hatton who ever!
