    GIVE IT UP VITALI!!!

Wow, this must just be eating away at him! STOP CALLING OUT A RETIRED CHAMPION!

The over/under for the next "Vitali calls out Lewis" story is November 13, 2006. I say under. (He'll probably do it on the HBO broadcast of Wlad-Brock)

No No. Lewis was not starting to take over. He did win fair and square because opening a cut on your opponent and working it until the corner can't stop the bleeding is a legitimate way to win a fight, but the ass whooping was really going in the other direction, and Lewis could not even return to his corner after the sixth without pulling himself alojng the ropes. I don't even think he could give interviews right away he was that out of it. I'm not sure what happened to him in the immediate aftermath since the coverage focused on Vitali, who was clearly not hurt and had no trouble giving intervies ringside in English which is like his fourth language. There was one beaten man that night and his name was Lewis, but he did win the boxing match fair and square. Vitali will take that to his grave; I don't blame him for not forgetting. He has pride and it was his last real fight.

dude he fought Lewis when LL was at his worst, he hardly trained for the fight vs Johnson, also if you notice Vitali was breathing very very heavy by the 5th, Foreman hmself commentting said Lewis is flat out in terrible shape, but Vitali still couldnt drop or stop the supposedly ''weak chinned'' LL

IMO Lewis would have set him up with the jab more which by the 3rd he couldnt miss, and cath him with overhand rights and uppercuts and stop him in bout the 8th

Lewis beat Vitali fair and square the first time, and don't give me this "lucky cut" stoppage thing because he was getting reamed by huge uppercutts and right hands.

I'd suggest you watch it again, and as for this fight. It's really one of the best ideas this division has seen in a while.
I agree and the result would probably be similar......I just don't think Vitali can beat Lennox even if he is aging......if he is 75% of his prime he can still beat Vitali.

This just in. Pep is coming out of retirement. Vitali might wanna fight him, how does it sound?

Apart from the fact that there is an evident weight difference, Pep told the press last night that he feels he can fight not only Vitali but also his dementia and 84 years disadvantage.
