Taylor/Wright was a great match up(& a great fight IMO so i don't know if it qualifies) also Judah/Mayweather, Barrera/Juarez(also great fight). I'd also agree that Toney/Peters & Baldomir/Mayweather a great match ups, if not very entertaining fights.

I thought Antonio Tarver - Bernard Hopkins was a great matchup. I was actually expecting Bernard to have a tough time in there too, which made it even more suprising when he put on an absolute masterclass. If Hopkins really has called time on his career, then what a way to go, one of the greatest solo performances I ever seen.

and very much loving the peter vs toney matchup, i think its the best of all but im biased toward heavyweights

I like those fights and also think the Hatton-Collazo fight was entertaining and exciting. The Cotto-Paulie fight was pretty good too.
