Morales just wants his final big paycheck with this fight is all. I don't believe with all his hype. "Please believe in me one more time" is like forgiving R. Kelley with his **** charges. I don't believe Erik wants this fight anyways. He's just lucky he has win against Pac and a trilogy must be set in place because of that. So this guy fought last time in January 2006 and got KOed, and has done nothing inside the ring ever since and expects to beat Manny Pacquiao who not long just dominated Oscar Larios 11 rounds of 12? No tune ups to keep him in shape too. Know why? Because he's afraid he'd get UDed again against that tune up or pissbly KOed and ruin the final big paycheck against Manny.

yea he's fighting for paycheck. If he was serious he would get a tune-up to keep his shape and skills in check. But look at his body/face, too much fat. He's just hyping the fight so it sells on PPV with all his "Believe in me one more time. I was tired and not hurt". Who would buy the fight had he said "Pacquiao hurt me horribly and turned my face into a cast of The Ring 3 movie and KOed me horribly" then? No one.

The man has been fighting since he was a teenager. He needed a break, and even know I don't think that his break was long enough.

Why on earth would you even mutter the words Erik Morales is fighting for a paycheck when the man can't stand to be hurt, let alone knocked out, and answers back with everything he has.
