I think his whole smoking and drinking was overexaggerated. He said he's smokes but not much during training.

I heard he used to get drunk and stoned and party every day in Managua, but then when he went into the last stages of prep for his fights, he would quit everything.

I heard he didnt have a great homecoming after the DLH fight. People booed him when he got off the plane because he told everyone he would win for them and beat DLH for beating JCC. Not to mention looking like an ass after saying so much **** before the fight.
