Peter has a neck the size of the average person's waist, and his head is pretty freaking huge as well. Also, he is good about keeping his chin down and he keeps his hands high, so I think that it is going to be very difficult for anybody to knock him out, especially somebody who is this much lighter than him. I think Toney will win by UD if he comes into the fight in good shape, but I don't expect to see a knockout happen. Of course, Peter did get wobbled quite a bit late in his fight with Klitschko, but I think more than anything that was from being dead tired, which I suppose could happen again against Toney.
In my opinion, the refereeing might play a very big factor in this fight. Peter throws a lot of clubbing blows to the back of the head that are borderline illegal, and could be very difficult to defend against with the whole shoulder rolling style. There is also a lot of tactics Peter uses like pushing his forearms in the guys face to impose his strength. If the referee lets these things go then Peter could pull out a victory.
I am picking Toney by UD though, but just a few things to think about.
Its hard not to think that peter will catch toney flush, he does throw wild punches and theres probably a good possibility that one of them will land and its lights out for toney, but on the other hand if toney comes in 225-228 he can be very slick and outbox peter to a ud or a sd...
