Valdez performance was perhaps most impressive. That camp is looking good. They seem to have a training formula that works and the fighter's are buying into it.

Man I’m more than sure everyone felt the same, but I was very worried for Berchelt. He was punch drunk and FUBAR. His ass needs to sit out for a hot minute. I’m more than sure he’s in icu now. That shet would swell in most cases post ring exit.

And this fight shows that it takes time for a fighter to click with a trainer, Valdez didn't fire on all cylinders until their 5th fight together.
I wasn’t worried about this fight. I predicted Valdez by decision. I wasn’t expecting such a creative performance by Valdez. He showed a handbag of tricks and styles. But the real reason I wasn’t worried for Valdez’s confidence is because he spars Canelo. That’s a huge mental boost. Guys don’t realize that. And Valdez looked totally different like a rejuvenated fighter, and that’s with a cracked jaw circumstance

Canelo vs. Rocky Fielding too, truly a masterful coaching job that only Angelo Dundee or Eddie Futch has a chance of rivaling
