No you’re 100% wrong it’s not a felony in Maryland. All boxing politics aside - how does someone not get arrested for this? lol, hit and run of that nature is a felony all day. This world is crazy sometimes. For this to happen 4 months ago too, and no charges? Man just so much weird stuff out there going on, when you notice it.Comment

Under Maryland Transportation Code § 27-113, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious bodily injury is a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.Comment

Psycophant fans see what they want to see.
Dude sees Gervonta as a victim and if Gervonta does time it is racism or something and not due to, you know, injuring three people and fleeing the scene. Especially considering there couldve been foul play involved like intoxicationComment

Did I say that? Did those words ever come out in this forum? Just because I’m pointing out facts does not make another thing true. Reading comprehension is not a prerequisite in this forum apparently.Comment

Go read his charges then circle back over in my direction. He IS NOT being charged with a felony. He is being charged with hit and run period, end of story and a hit and run IS NOT a felony. Read what I’ve written.Comment
