Would Pacquiao-Crawford sell more PPVs than Pacquiao-Thurman did?

Pacquiao's last fight was against Thurman who was an undefeated champion. It sold 500,000 PPVs. If Pacquiao fought another undefeated champion like Crawford, would it sell more PPVs?

It won’t surprise me if ever the Spence-Crawford fight gets made it won’t break 400k.

Us boxing fans think our sport is so big when in reality outside of our boxing bubble nobody gives a crap about boxing but these boxers swear their “big” stars.

Crawford can't draw flies to sheeit. Pacquiao has no title too. I highly doubt it does as good or better than the Thurman fight.

If ESPN is involved in the promotion, it could crack 700K easily. Plus, it may be promoted as Manny's last fight.

Take out with Floyd and Manny hasnt had anywhere near a million buys since JMM in 2012, thats about 10 fights in that time and nothing near 1 mill buys , we know Bud hasnt got a huge following and Mannys real numbers are inflated pie in the sky, reality is he doesnt draw anywhere near what his fans say .

The fights not viable at Mannys 40 mill + backend and TC 10 mill + backend , then networks promoters and all other fees , Mannys dreaming at getting what he wants,at about 60 mill cost I cant see anyone wanting to invest, nothing suggests it would do a million buys nothing at all.

                  Definitely

Manny has become bigger since his win over Thurman. More people will tune in for his next fight, even his haters. Plus Crawford is a very viable opponent, highly respect and highly rated fighter (arguably p4p #1). He may not be popular but put him in with Pac and you’ll see many viewers watching this fight. Add to the fact that this could be Manny’s last and farewell fight, a make or break kind of thing for Manny’s legacy. It’s virtually impossible for this not to break the Thurman numbers.

Plus Thurman wasn’t relatively that popular before the Manny fight to begin with, just like Crawford is.

Its not got to do better its got to do 3 times better, the money he wants wont allow under a million buys to break even.
