The problem for Josh is the fact he lacks the power and skill to fight any other way in the rematch, he is a face first pressure fighter who cant fight at distance or backing up......facing Lara again is career suicide

Should Hearn really be saying things like that to the media? If Warrington wants to go a different direction now everyone will know it's because he feels fighting Lara immediately after was too much of a risk for him.

            ***** the rematch clause

why fighters sign to face an ed ***** fighter is beyond me because if you dare beat his fighter your contractually obliged to rematch his fighter the rest of your career till you lose or just get old its a total farce warrington got battered let lara get on with his career its only because of ed ***** and his faffing about that lara isnt world champion today let the lad build his resume not beat josh up 11 times..........if you know your cricket headlines today lara hits yorkshireman for six...........

And then if you don’t sign with him and let him control your career he ridicules you on various social media outlets hoping to energise his own fan base to flood those fighters’ social media accounts, the man had a legion of incels at his fingertips

Brits who have made their name only fighting other brits or remain in Europe are usually in for a rude awakening once they try to branch out and test their skills against fighters from better boxing countries. This was just another example.

They take the rematch the same thing will happen. I like Warrington but he's guna have a problem with certain styles and Lara has a style that's made to punish Warrington. Warrington scraps like a big puncher but he doesn't hit hard enough to win out in a trade off.

Hearn is desperate to make amazing things for Josh but it's a real big ask. Josh is good, he's just not quite good enough.

Eddie must want Warrington's career to end early.

Josh would have to be active with his jab and fight at a distance to beat Lara, otherwise he gets battered again.

Once Josh found out that Lara was not going to fold on the inside, it was all but over. Lara took a few good power shots from Josh and still came forward.

It's best for the lad to chill for a bit and work on his craft...expand his arsenal
