He wasn't offered a Lomachenko fight. That's their main beef with this fight. They were waiting on Top Rank to offer a bigger fight and nothing came.

I dont blame him. Hes not Mexican or Puerto Rican, Teo loses even controversial he loses more than any champ in boxing.
