What the hell did this bum-killer rule? He beat NOBODY ever. He has not a single victory over an elite A grade HW. Not 1.

The only award he should get is most over-rated HW champion in history. He wins that clearly.

Honestly, when people talk about prime years of a fighter, Wilder's may have already gone by... The time when he was highlight reel KO everyone leading up to the Fury 2 fight.

We already knew fighting Fury was going to be a hard fight as proven in their first encounter. I honestly thought he would sell out a bit more and press for the KO harder but he did not and couldn't get Fury out in the 12th. Perhaps if he did and didn't have to rematch Fury, his reign and momentum would of continued to sustain. Actually it probably would of been at a high if he KO'd Fury in the 12th in a fight he was mostly losing.

Be as it may, after his last performance, I feel it's like someone slammed on the brakes and pulled the ebrake up at the same time on a car going 150mph...

They have so many titles in boxing that I voted he could possibly win one. But I think his days of being one of the 2 or 3 best heavyweights in the world are over. The Fury defeat seemed to hurt his confidence and desire and he is also getting old and past prime. He was never that good but he was probably top 3 among today's heavyweights and a legit belt holder but I think that is gone for him now.

As I mentioned, he can become WBA world title holder.

But he can`t be the king of division, there is only one king around, Fury.

Wilder would need a fair degree of luck to swing in his favor but I think he still has the punching power to knockout anyone. Unless he's a different fighter after that loss to Fury. I think he had an off-night against Fury so we saw him close to his worst, and saw Fury close to his best. The result was a dominating performance from Fury. Put it another way...

Fury beats Wilder 8 times out of 10, but gets knocked out the other 2 times.
Roughly the same with AJ against Wilder I think, although I never seen them fight so it's obviously more difficult to gauge.

So the question is if Wilder can get a fight with a unified champ (AJ or Fury) in around 2022, will luck swing in his favor to land those knockout shots? Unlikely but not impossible.

To be fair there is absolutely no one who's an elite A grade fighter in this trashass era of heavyweights

I disagree because he's explosive, relies on athleticism as well as power, he can still punch, but you have to consider his resistance as well as his own power.

He over achieved considering how limited he is. The hype is over.
