What makes you think I said anything a out him being competitive. I never said that. Bivol has said he wants to fight Zurdo and Bivol is top 2 at 175. I want to see him fight bigger fights. I want to stop the wasting of time in boxing so unless youre a Gilbert Browne fan why waste time with useless fights that prove nothing

Marcus Browne is a PBC fighter. Zurdo is looking for better pay circumstances than the failed negotiations that led to this. Zurdo Promotions can’t compete with PBC in a purse bid, so obviously he had to decline, and given the pandemic purses, Zurdo was probably looking at a depressing pay for his fight far worse than his Top Rank situation. Plus, he’s fighting for some Eliminator for an interim shot? Doesn’t Pascal have this? Pascal, yet another PBC fighter, is the reason why Zurdo isn’t interested in this venture...
Whereas, if he signs with Matchroom , forfeits his solo promotional stance, Hearn / DAZN will compensate Zurdo far better than this “WBC title Clash.” Hearn could easily make filler fights with JCC Jr vs Zurdo which would be good for DAZN, and of course, Hearn would be highly interested in investing in Zurdo should be beat Bivol. Hearn would then troll Zurdo vs Canelo, or at the very least Hearn could make money off Zurdo defenses like with Callum Smith. Who knows, Hearn could even have cards ready for Zurdo to take the belt from Bivol. There’s more business in Zurdo than with Bivol. That’s why Haymon loves matching Mexicans with African Americans because the fans rival with it. Part of the gameComment

Ramirez had momentum and now is falling off. Nobody is really talking about him and after this even less.Comment

Anybody who thinks Zurdo Ramirez would take a bank loan from a Mexican bank to convert to dollars to compete in a purse bid with PBC is absolutely ridiculous and funny! Imagine Ramirez staging a Marcus Browne fight for a bid he won to do all the promotion on some ****** broadcast like his last fight. lol.
It made sense for Zurdo to go to DAZN and said it last year that he should sign with Hearn.Comment
