Haney was impressive looking when he fought on Shobox since then its basically been the same competition but another attitude all together. Who the hell told this guy he was the king of anything. I don't see the appeal!

Completely agree. Lopez vs. Kambosos is a good fight for a mandatory in my opinion. Kambosos looks half decent and if his chin is solid I think that would be a very entertaining fight. Haney vs. Garcia is a top fight in the division, I rate both guys and would be interested to see who comes out on top. Then the winners fight each other.

As for Haney's comment of who the king is...sorry, but right now, it's clearly Lopez. He's not undisputed, fúck that Frenchfries non-tranaferable-but-can-be-transferable-if-you-ask-nicely title nonsense. Regardless how he got it, Haney is the WBC champion. But Lopez is the clear number 1 lightweight.

Lopez has his preferred options just like Haney does. Haney isn't top of Lopez's list just like Loma or Romero aren't top of Haneys list. They all talk a load of BS.

I agree that Lopez hasn't been making himself look good with his comments. When he beat Loma as the young underdog, he gained a lot of love and respect from boxing fans because he took a risk, fought a great fight and proved himself. Now though with his excuses not to fight everyone I think he's gonna start losing those fans. Sometimes it's better to say less.
