That’s simply a muscle memory type deal.... he surely won’t load up and throw punches like that in the actual fight.

This is how he always trains throwing hard hooks either on the heavy bag or in this case Reynoso mitts.
Its hand strength/conditioning looks to be wearing at least 16 oz gloves.
