I doubt Russell beats Tank. He doesn't have the punch, only the volume. Tank has the natural abilities to neutralize the speed of Russell.

I think Russell just wants a big money, high-profile fight so he keeps name dropping Davis. I haven't heard Tank's team say anything about fighting Russell.

Gary has NEVER fought a black fighter. He's probably scared to. He wants people to think he's the fastest boxer. Thats probably why he wont ever fight Shakur Haney or Tank or Bud. Its just talk.
