A cutman is specialized labour. Maybe join a boxing club and ask if you can take up an apprenticeship? Wet your feet in the game, go there to mingle, workout, go to local cards, flap them molars. There's not much to do other than fighter, promoter, manager, chief second. Maybe become a referee? The highest I ever got was volunteering at front desk and getting free membership at the gym for it. Just live, breathe boxing and have a love for sports. Maybe even try to become a boxercise fitness instructor for exercise classes. You gotta start somewhere. Again it's specialized labour so it's not as easy as to say getting a guard badge; more hiring. But you're young and you have your whole life ahead of you, think about it: when they're gone, who's gonna replace them. There's always a market, maybe just be like Donaire and take pictures lol if you're good with the camera.

Get a trade behind you and you will always have employment, then you can experiment with different fields and have something to fall back on at any time.
