8 were career cruiserweights who were paid a bit extra to eat a few cheeseburgers, get ****** out by Whiner, then go back to cruiserweight. 21 of his oppoents were below 6'4; several of those were below 6'. His shortest opponent came in his 20th fight...a cruiserweight who was 5'9. His opponents have a combined record of 644–213–28. And lastly, only two of his 42 opponents were ranked inside the top ten of an independent ranking system (Ortiz and Fury, both of whom exposed how poor he is over those four fights).

It's not hard to stop every opponent you've beat (the vast majority being by referee stoppage by the way) when said opponents are average-at-best boxers who are up to 10 inches shorter. As for his weight...ask anybody that really knows boxing; when you get into the heavyweights, being outweighed by 20lbs has little effect...unless, of course, the opponent is at least of equal height and uses that weight to lean on the much lighter opponent (Wilder has fought around 5 or 6 guys of at least an equal height, and only one used the weight to his advantage).

So in summary, Ducktay Whiner's accomplishments extend to winning a world title from Stiverne (lol), getting beat up by Ortiz until finding a punch; being gifted a draw after being comprehensively outboxed by Fury; and being comprehensively outboxed by Ortiz until he found a punch. Not much to rave about really, is there?
Beautifully Dissected Ducktay Whiners career.....or shall we say Beautifully autopsied Ducktay Whiners career

Both of which are excluded from the exceptions clause, with injuries being specifically mentioned.

Fury wasn't "in control" of the dates, either. They have to negotiate. I know that's an avoided word for Ducktay Whiner fans, but that's how contracts are formed.

The contract legally expired in October, that's not up for debate. What is up for debate is whether or not exceptions can be made for an extension due to the coronavirus, which, considering boxing events have been taking place in the States since June, is a no.

What other potential date is Hearn supposed to give? March? April? AJ typically fights every six months, his last fight was in December, so....

If Whiner wins the arbitration (he really won't), then Fury will be contractually bound...in the US, nowhere else. What do you really think is gonna happen? CIA fly into the Middle East and stop Fury fighting due to contractual obligations?

The WBC has no dog in that race either, so they won't strip Fury. And, ya know, We Be Crooks would rather have some of that mega money from AJ vs. Fury than the comparable peanuts from Ducktay Whiner being embarrassed by Fury for a third time.

AJ vs. Fury is happening, whether the small minority like it or not
You just hit that wilderette with a scathing reality
