Would you like to see Ward comeback?

He’s hinted at coming back recently, although I’m not sure how serious he is.

Personally, Canelo vs Ward would interest me.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news RJJ my man and especially being since I think you're a top quality poster....

But he can't come back ever. He's suing his insurance company for the disability premium citing he can't box ever again because of his knee. If he comes out of retirement, his current claim would get destroyed.

Speculation regarding Andre Ward’s comeback apparently is just that. BoxingScene.com has learned through court documents it has obtained that Ward and former promoter Roc Nation Sports are plaintiffs in a lawsuit against Lloyds Of London. They seek $6.3 million because they allege the prominent insurance company has failed to honor the terms of his policy after he suffered a career-ending injury to his right knee.

It's all attention and media hype etc he can't ever come back without getting his claim and his credibility killed

Nice find man, I didn’t know anything about that. I got the feeling Ward was just teasing with the comeback hints anyway tbf.

It was very very very quietly revealed man, it was practically so low profile and for a topic that's often discussed, the news went under the carpet.

I only found out after the big man MotorCityCobra quietly dug it up

But hypothetically it's him v Canelo if he was to ever come back or bust. Nothing else would matter

He can't come back. He took out an insurance policy sighting he can never fight again because of his knee. Will have to pay it back I believe if he returns.

And he wasn't close to the SMW version the last time we saw him anyways. Dude was getting hurt every camp and was a one handed fighter for a lot of the LHW fights. He has knee and shoulder issues, I don't think he needs to come back at all.

Yeah it’s gonna need to be mega money to cover what he feels he’ll be owed from the lawsuit.

It’s probably only Canelo who can even potentially generate that sort of payday.

Only if the end game is fighting Canelo, if it doesn't lead there, I'm not interested
