Think they just changed form and run companies and corporations, calling themselves slick names like MTK Global. The word you used was right, provable.

If Kinahan's alleged crimes are so cut and dry, why hasn't he been charged and convicted?

He's supposed to be the biggest drug smuggler in Europe, why don't they just RICO him or summat?

Maybe he isn't doing crime anymore? I mean if you were a criminal, after you've made a bit of money, wouldn't you want to get out before you end up dead or in jail?

Comments Thread For: Daniel Kinahan Addresses BBC Documentary, Denies Any Involvement In Criminal Activity

Daniel Kinahan has taken his most direct approach yet to address serious allegations surrounding his name outside of boxing. Continued efforts are made by those close to the co-founding member of MTK Global (Mack The Knife Global, previously known as MGM [Macklin's Gym Marballa] upon its 2012 launch) to clear his name or at least dismiss any suggested involvement in criminal activity. The latest step is taken by Kinahan himself, in the form of a prepared first-person statement specifically addressing said issues which have long alleged his role as the leader of a reputed crime family in Ireland.

You use front organizations to launder the money. You never really "get out" per se.

Then after you've washed the money you stop doing illegal activities if you've got any sense. Didn't guys like Jay Z and 50 cent use to be drug dealers then go legit?

This guy is exactly who the world thinks he is. And the suggestion that he would be in jail if he committed all these crimes is just fodder for idiots. So are we to believe that there is no one walking around free who has committed a number of crimes. Aye bold journalism for shining a light on this guy.
