My biggest disappointment in the KO loss is the same reason why this thread is my only communicative recourse.
Before Wilder lost you could message him on social media. Sure, most times he just ignored it, and when he did respond it's pretty impossible to tell if it's him or just someone in his stead, but, I enjoyed letting the champ know we're here. He has fans, he has diehards, he's got people all around the world who have his back.
My biggest disappointment is Wilder abandoning us. We're out here looking like **** all the damn time and where is our champion? Tucked away into his wife's bosom. C'mon man. Cause you a ruckus....ffs.
He's protecting himself from the haters is all he's doing. But when I say haters that is anybody who is going to be negative, blunt or even just plain honest. Mostly about his loss, his excuses and his actions regarding Mark Breland.
To Wilder if you ain't got your tongue right up his twerking hole trying to tell him how amazing he is then you is a Hater.
Personally enjoyed all the passive aggressive **** Wilder pulls as he throws excuses out there on the table. Reminds me a lot of the guys who support Wilder and company here.
Self victimizers who use excuses to excuse blame on oneself while being too ****** or delusional to understand context.
Makes me wonder. Are people born this way or was it how you were raised? Hmm?
One of the measures of a true champion was how well they handle defeat and how they come back from a loss, especially a KO loss. Wilder failed that test. He was never a great champion to begin with, his behavior post-loss is absolutely pathetic.
I met Wilder at Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco. He was walking around radio row and talking to everyone.
This was right after Fury beat Klitchko and I asked him if he was going to fight Fury. He said Fury has some business with Klitchko to finish but he’d like to. Took a pic with him and one of the Watson twins.
He seemed like a cool guy enjoying his successes Shame the way he handled his first loss.
