Good to hear, he never needs to fight above 245 at the max. Preferably 230-245

Heard these sorts of report before the second Joshua fight as well. Then he comes in just as fat as ever and just as sluggish as ever.

I forgot who talked about it (may have been Hopkins)...some fighters remain in shape throughout their careers and therefor can focus on skills, being sharp and overall conditioning. If you have to spend a good portion in camp working hard to lose weight, you can compromise your conditioning and sharpness for trying to get in shape. Not saying he isn't working on skills, but losing a lot of weight for fight simply from being in poor shape can hurt things like punch resistance and ability to fight skillfully for 12 rounds.

Hopefully he can keep motivated beyond his comeback fight.

I believe he is still fat, unless he has been locked up for the last 6 months, with a dietitian and his trainer then all this is hot noise.

                Andy Ruiz is a catfish.

Every time he’s going to fight, we’re told he lost a ton of bad weight, is finally in great shape and ready to take on the world.

Then he shows up and he’s still a 300 pound fat ass.

Hey boxingscene, stop helping him catfish everyone.

Ruiz is what he is. He's never gonna be moving around like a young Ali but he has his own style and some good boxing ability. He's a good addition to the scene if he's motivated imo.
