They don't. Floyd is actually trailblazing an entirely new career path for retired boxers.

So many past stars can't generate money after boxing, this is a great revenue stream for them. If you love boxing, you literally have to support his work in this field.

Floyd has done a lot of great things for boxing, but people keep on hating, must be difficult. Standardized testing, post career avenues, dedication, clean living, hard work, real skills, etc.

You can’t get called a cherry picker if it’s not going on your record. For instance We could get Spence vs Crawford about to happen but if khabib or mcgregor put in a phone call to one of them that fight would get canceled immediately.

I think we are going to see a nasty trend in boxing.

Floyd never tried to have an exhibition while he was an active fighter that idea was all Garcia and Mannys, and Manny was signed up to have an exhibition with Connor while an active WC, how does Floyd get the blame for what they do thats never been done before.

The problem is it’s not going to be for retired boxers only. You allready see active boxers trying to get in on the action. Plus you see all the attention these exhibitions are getting over championship boxing.

I bet my button dollar if a boxer made exhibitions popular back in 2007 floyd would have been retired for good or for a long time when he left after the hatton fight. It’s low risk high reward what boxer will turn that down and in the process boxers will get fazed out and only celebrity boxing will remain.
