I've never really liked Floyd. I don't really watch MMA. I don't watch these youtubers, I don't know who this Jake Paul guy is. I'm not interested in these exhibitions, crossover fights etc but if these guys want to put these events on and make some money and people want to watch this stuff, more power to them. Doesn't tarnish a fighters legacy or hurt boxing at all imo. Lopez needs to focus on his own legacy and his so called takeover.

You qouted my posts 4 times you obsessed fanboy. While you can go on and blabber about "WaTch YouTuBe vIdEos" made by Pacroid fanboys, I can go ahead and show you a video in which Freddie Roach, word for word, said that it was THEIR FAULT the fight didnt happen.

Mayweather almost ALWAYS fought guys off of some of their biggest wins:

      > Fought Undefeated Hatton
      > Fought Undefeated Corrales
      > Fought Cotto after his most satisfying victory
      > Fought Pacquiao after Pacquiao recovered himself after Algeri
      > Fought Mosley after he dominated Maragarito
      > Fought Ortiz who was considered the 3rd best WW at that time
      > Fought Baldomir who hadn't lost in his weight class
      > Same with Genaro Hernandez

He also fought De La Hoya at De La Hoyas comfortable weight while Floyd didn't even weight 154 at the weigh in, and allowed De La Hoya to chose his gloves and the venue.

And on the terms, lets not talk about catchweight king pacquiao who has fought 6 (Rios, Broner, Mathysse, Vargas, Vargas, Mosley) and weight drained 3 different fighters and paid the judges twice against Marquez.

Phew! Hope no feelings were hurt!

It's both his prerogative and business to do what he wants to do at this stage of his life because he has earned the right to do so. He's done his time and has paid the price.

Again, if Teofimo Lopez could earn only a modicum of the success that Money Mayweather has achieved in his career then he can talk. However, until that time, he really needs to shut the Hell up and mind his own damn business!
Floyd wants the money, but doesn’t want to risk losing his perfect record. That’s the issue.

It's not an issue. It's smart to continue generating an income once you're past your physical prime and retired from professional sport.

Why not just continue to fight professionally if the goal is to make money?

Because he's old for a boxer and doesn't want or need to. He can make money other ways.

Too old? Didn’t realize boxing had an age limit.

hahahahah tyr harder. This is a very simple and direct answer and from the boxing legend.

"Pacquiao fought everyone"-bhops, mcgirt, whyte, garcia and other boxing aficionados

"floyd fought guys under his watch/terms"(aka cherry pick")"-bhops, mcgirt, whyte, garcia and other boxing aficionados

see it's not that hard to figure out. Sorry but boxing legends analyst and boxing aficionados agree with me. That's the difference between floyd fans and pac fans.
