Joe Smith Jr.... is a BEAST. been impressed with him lately

since his lost to Bivol and his fights against Hart (almost robbed on a split decision, completely dominant) and his slugfest with Alvarez, he seems to be re-inventing himself a bit. Atlas said he's his favorite fighter currently.

Has insane power, one of the strongest p4p punchers out there. Not saying he beats Beterbiev or Bivol, but he has a bigger chance with Beterbiev.

Hope he gets the title with his next fight and fights Beterbiev next

I think he’s 3rd best at LHVY I don’t think he beat Beterbiev or Bivol if they ever fight again. But I favor him over Yarde, Gvozdyk and Kovalev (at this point).

He's made massive improvements since his loss to Bivol. I look forward to seeing him Saturday night.

Hard work is a substitute for natural talent, but only to a certain degree. He’s an overachiever with a great attitude, so it’s hard to root against him, but I feel like he’ll come up short vs the very best.

Good blue-collar 'everyman' type of fighter. Easy to root for.
