Floyd most likely suffers from dyslexia, If you watch that video that 50 cent posted a few years ago he sounds exactly like a person with dyslexia. Dyslexia has nothing to do with IQ. It's a learning disability that affects one's ability to read regardless of intelligence.

Anyway he can clearly read a bit. You can see it when he’s filming advertisements for fights. Yeah he might not be reading high level literature but he can clearly read.
