What are some things you like/dislike about a network?

And no this isn't a fanboy "im team haymon" or "dazn is better" bs.
Just genuine things you like or dislike about a network. Whether its the commentary, production etc.
I'll go first.
Even though its gone I disliked how hbo got real bad with its cheerleading near the end. It was awful. Also even the highlights are terrible like wtf why do they just have boringass stock music in the highlights?

I dont like showtimes commentary. At all. Its terrible. Not al Bernstein hes ok but that other dude trys so hard to come up with a memorable quote it just makes it all terrible. Also they're bias as hell with the fights on youtube. They upload a certain round where the fighter they hype up looks really good to give the illusion that thats how the fight actually went.

Pbc needs to get rid of lewis. ****in terrible. I also dont care for the wwe like entrances.

I'm from the UK so i watch a lot of sky sports boxing. They have great match ups, but the commentary is unbelievably biased towards the home fighter or champion.

For example, Povetkin vs. Whyte, the commentators hardly talked about Povetkin and how well he was doing.

I neither like nor care for any of them, truth be told I will be doing anything up until the point where both fighters are in the ring and the ref is giving instructions. All the music, advertisements and shallow people are a waste of time and a cause of annoyance. At least Ward is a fighter I'll say that much - better than some random accountant, banker, stockbroker etc. that got a commentary gig because his daddy and his daddy's daddy owned a cotton farm.

Same i dont really listen to the jibber jabber until they get in the ring.

Ward is insufferable as a fighter and commentator. He also he NEVER gives white fighters any credit. He absolutely detests lomachenko and golovkin.

What bugs the hell outa me are the camera angles at DAZN in particular.. they keep doing this aerial view sht inside the ring and to me, it makes the fights look ugly.

****in forgot about that. Boxing has such terrible angles in general. The refs always in the way and i always hate everytime the fight (well a big fight) is about to begin that zoom out just to zoom right in as soon as the bell rings

I hate how the announcers call fights on every network. There always sounds like bias in favor of the guy with the bigger profile on the network.

DAZN sucks, everything about it.

HBO was the best as much as I hate to admit it, they were really biased against the fighters I liked, but man could Jim call a fight, and Emmannuel Steward, then later Roy, were the best in the business. And I miss hearing Harold's "OK JIM

PBC is the worst. The entire thing is awful. Showtime is/was also terrible. None of the announcers are any good, the production is terrible, the fake background looking thing they've had since the China Virus is an eyesore.
