Usyk has looked **** average at heavyweight.

I'm just being honest, he was totally unimpressive against Witherspoon and against a past prime Chisora who even in his prime was very average, Usyk managed to make a real meal of it.

And I don't see anything to make me belive he's going to suddenly shift through several gears and become unbeatable at 200+

If anything I think we have seen his best days a 2-3 years ago.

I agree with all of this. I think Joyce easily beats him if they fight.

He’s a good fighter but too small for heavyweight. No power.

I think he is just too small.

Technically speaking he is a good fighter but HWs today are big big dudes.

Usyk was a monster below 200 but above that he isnt that fast, that good, that strong, so basically he is mediocre at best being a heavyweight. I do think he can get paid extremely well at heavyweight as a tough out for up and comes possibly handing several their first loss but other than that not top tier by any means.

He whoops Joshua, gives Fury a tough night and probably beats Joyce again. I have no idea what anyone was watching when he faced Chisora. Chisora was completely spent by the seventh and none of shots did any significant damage. I was curious to see how he performed against a pressure fighter and I was mildly impressed. Chisora's fight was over by the 4th round.

It amusing how Matchroom bumlickers were making out as if Usyk was the second coming of christ before...in truth, Usyk is the exact kind of fighter who needs a sufficient dance partner to look good. When you think about it, his performance against Bellew didn't set the world on fire either. But, for anyone mildly observant, you can see how he completely dismantles his opponents. His movement and chin is stellar and I see it being a huge problem for a heavyweight division chock full of plodders with poor conditioning.

But they're seriously technically deficient. I mean, look at a guy like Whyte...widely considered a top 4 and his movement is the kind of **** you see from guys who've been training a month. Wilder is shocking. Joshua doesn't move his head, Dubois doesn't either. Ruiz is obese. Joyce is too reliant on his chin. Athletic up and comers like Ajagba and Yoka look immensely basic, both seem to know nothing beyond a 1-2 combination.

I'll give him the chance to see if he can raise his level against one of the top 3. I'd love Usyk vs Wilder. I would predict Wilder by KO, but I'd love to see it. Usyk vs Joyce over 12 rounds is a 50-50 for me. That's a good fight too. So maybe Joyce then Wilder.

If you add proper stamina to chisora for that fight, he could have bullied usyk to a decision win.
Usyk did not look good in the rounds that chisora was fresh enough to press the action.

But, there are not a lot of fighters who currently have that step in bully style at heavyweight.
Juiced up miller for example would have outhustled that version of usyk probably.

Usyk is better suited against dudes who work at midrange and dont actively close the distance and use size against him.
