Plant cowardly ducked Canelo & pretended it was because of a short camp,he literally said he wants Canelo to clean out smw before fighting him 1st. You are illiterate ah. Plant is literally saying"hes on my time" despite this clown being a no name beat nobody quacker(if it was because of a less than 3 mo camp he would say he wanted him next after Smith, but he ducked again despite being the D side.)
It couldn't be anymore blatantly obvious that he was saying he wasn't going to fight Canelo til undisputed (as if he deserves a reward for ducking twice) he again ducked Canelo too.

Plant is a well built guy in the same vein as Canelo at least. I don’t like it when Plant puts his hands down and tries to slip like a rubber band. Still that shows he has confidence and arrogance I guess. I still prefer BJS but we haven’t seen him in a good while. If Canelo keeps fighting every few months ( not holding my breathe ) I see nothing wrong with Plant as an opponent. I’d love for Beterbiev to look great in his next fight and counter to anything I expect get a shot at Nelo sooner than later. If he has to suck down to 168 then that’s what he has to do. I just don’t want the next few years for Canelo to look like the press clippings between Rocky II and Rocky III.Comment

Canelo opened himself up to the scrutiny when he said he wanted to be undisputed at 160 but proceeded to get “franchised” and also NOT go after the wbo strap, which is held by Andrade, among other things. I get it your a canelo fan, hell i am too but he isnt above being criticized for questionable moves. Honestly, i been saying guys need to stop chasing canelo and fight the guys closer too you. Would rather see charlo vs andrade than seeing them move up at this point. They both have unfinished biz at 160. Really hate guys ignoring other great opponents hoping to hit the canelo lottery. There is some very serious truths to this post.....case in point as to why Caleb Plant gets so much hate while the British whites who fight Canelo, WHITE HIMSELF, get none whatsoever. The answer is of course because Plant is married to a black American woman, had a black American child, was raised around black Americans, and like so many white Americans raised around black Americans (Stevie Ray Vaughan, Elvis Presley, various NBA/NFL players) he has that style and swagger associated with black American culture. He is white, of British origin based on his last name, he had nothing to do with anything Mexican nor does his woman, nor does his manger/advisor, etc. It really speaks volumes how they respond to him when you look at the “totality of the circumstances” (as we said in my profession.) Mexican Americans, most of which are heavily native American and could never pass for European Spaniards, angry at plant because of his closeness to black American culture. Several times people on here have called him the racial slur of W + the n word. They are telling you who they really hate, every bit as bad as the white supremacists from England who were attacking all things black American because the pbc fighters, company, al Haymon, and pbc supporters were not buying into Eddie Hearn. The comments are often indistinguishable.
There is something deeply wrong with these types....who for some reason feel EXTREMELT threatened by black Americans to the point where they use the same race base rhetoric as white extremists....who themselves deeply hate people of Mexican origin. I personally think it means we have a lot of posters on here with criminal records who have spent some time behind bards and have adopted the mantra of several prison gangs, who we know are vehemently racist.Comment
