I think Canelo easily beats Saunders on Saunders's best day. Saunders is just not that good and has looked lousy lately.Saunders's best wins were a very close win over Eubank many tears ago and a win over Lemieux on points after GGG had KOed Lemieux. Saunders mainly defended his world titles with wins on points over guys GGG had already KOed.Fury is just making BS excuses in advance for his pal. He made the same excuse for Conor's recent loss.

At-least he got some rounds in with Martin Murray.

With a fighter like Saunders, if the fight is there to be made? You just have to make it NOW while he is active.

Saunders has been active. Two fights in 2019 and he just fought in 12/20 against Murray. Six months between the 2019 fights and 13 month's from his last fight in 2019 to his fight in 2020. You could say he was in active in the fight against Murray, but he's literally just fought 2 months ago. Rust is gone.

Just watched 10 minutes of highlights from the Murray fight and Saunders looked good. I counted that early slip as a kd (punched clearly landed) and Saunders was very aggressive.

Murray is 38, ok but who cares, the point is Billy was pushing the fight and won by a landslide. If he came back and looked like trash against a 38 year old, ok maybe a few more fights.

Fury wasn't ready for Wilder 1 and he won in exciting fashion against a guy with one shot ko power. Yea he needed a few fights before, but to compare that is moronic because Fury was out for years and was drugged out/fat/etc. Saunders been active.

Saunders isn't a ko fighter. His ko ratio is 46.67% so how does a guy with little ko power just expected to be knocking people out? Seems bias to me.

Fury keeps bringing up inactivity as an excuse for others. Obvious what his excuse is going to be when Joshua sparks him.

He's has the same amount of fights as Canelo the last couple of years. Since December 2018 they've had 4 and the fights have been in the exact same months.

                December 2018
                May 2019
                November 2019
                December 2020

                What a lame excuse.

Making excuses for his friend. That's nice.
