What is a massive ticket seller to you? And what is the maximum that could have done for this card?

Yes it does matter. You can ignore it all you want. I gave another example, and am willing to bet you, that Canelo/Plant does better than Canelo/BJS...No one is travelling to support this boxers away from home. Those are facts..

Again, Canelo against Liam Smith did over double this card. Why? Because of the limited seats and due to the late notice. This isn't about Plant doing better numbers than a BJS fight. A Canelo fight is going to do good numbers REGARDLESS of who he fights.

The fact that we got two cards that did over a 2M gate during a pandemic and another that did close to 1.5M is pretty damn good. Shows you can still get a good gate during these troubling times and it shouldn't prevent certain fights from happening because a "lack of gate." Now, that isn't to say you can put on mega fights and expect maximum revenue because that just isn't possible right now, but those fights are far and between. The other big majority of fights can still take place.

Lol, this doesn't mean the reports just came in yesterday. Maybe Jake got his numbers off my thread or he requested it late just like I did. But the Texas commission was way backed up due to Covid an they were having three to four weeks of delay opening mail. They were still opening mail from early to mid October during Thanksgiving.

Typically this information is in within two weeks and you can request it shortly after.

I dont get any of this idea at all, I dont understand why fans eliminate the best fights by saying one doesnt deserve the fight it makes no sense to me, its like the few idiots that say Spence and Crawford are not worthy of Pac yet all these B graders that fight them are worthy,

I want the best fighters to fight each other, I dont care one iota about worthy or draw I just want to see the best fight the best.

T.M.T likes Spencer so he just says whatever to help pass the notion that Spence shouldnt fight Crawford and isnt ducking Crawford.

Spence should fight Crawford and it looks to be that hes ducking Crawford. If the fight happens at all, and I'm not sure that it will, Spence is tryingto age Crawford out. He knows how dangerous Crawford is but he also knows the history books will give him full credit for beating a 36 year old Crawford that he would get for a 33 or 34 year old Crawford.

Those who have eyes to see saw Danny Garcia diminish a lot of what Spence does well and Danny hasnt ever looked impressive at WW. Crawford does everything Danny does but Terrence does it even better...and Terrence does MORE than Danny bc he has more skills and abilities.

Spence will likely not fight Crawford. Oh well
