Spence/Crawford is a 50/50 money fight. Period. Neither one of these guys has the clout to make demands like Money May.

Most of the public has no clue who these guys are. This is a fight for the hardcore fans. Should've fought earlier, but now the pandemic is taxing you for letting things "marinate." Waiting around, and driving drunk in Spence's case, cost you a ton of money.

The public doesn't need to know who either one are. One guy just has to prove how profitable he is over the other one to get a bigger slice of the pie.

Athletic and BLH reported 250k back in December. Chances are they wanted to wait for everything to get totaled in rather than release a projection. Granted the live gate took longer than expected but in this environment gotta be precise with the numbers since everyone’s money is getting shrunk.

Not to mention that Spence is undoubtedly greater than Crawford at 147, in addition to being the bigger draw. I won't say Crawford has done absolutely nothing, but he's had a lackluster career since going up.

Looks like more tickets sold for Spence/DSG but higher price point for Canelo/Smith.

Spence-Garcia had more total comps, but Canelo fight comps were for the higher priced seats. All but 100 of the comps were for seats at $250 or higher, including 326 of the $2,000 seats and 80 of the $1,000 seats. A

All of the Spence-Garcia comps were for the $50 seats.

I think the final figure is somewhere between 225k-250k but closer to 225k from what I was last told. The 250k projection was an extremely optimistic ceiling.

I dont get any of this idea at all, I dont understand why fans eliminate the best fights by saying one doesnt deserve the fight it makes no sense to me, its like the few idiots that say Spence and Crawford are not worthy of Pac yet all these B graders that fight them are worthy,

I want the best fighters to fight each other, I dont care one iota about worthy or draw I just want to see the best fight the best.
