Motorcity Cobra is using some shifty logic. He thinks because Arum is trying to make a Garcia/Lopez fight that it means that he is blocking the Garcia/Pac fight.

Obviously aiming to make one fight doesn't equate to blocking another fight. But that's his reasoning. Hence, his annoying reposting of the same quote repeatedly.

I don't mind at all. Not only do both have more than enough fights in their own divisions, my fear is that Garcia would get a Hatton type blowout loss, and there would be a lost of interest in all of the good fights with Garcia that could be made at 135. Especially if this was a serious fight and not an exhibition.
