If you read the letter Pacquiao's official management team just sent out to the press which has a threat of legal actions towards shady individuals saying they represent Pacquiao it makes sense.

“No one outside of Paradigm Sports is involved in any way with the management of Senator Pacquiao’s boxing career at this time. Anyone falsely representing themselves as Senator Pacquiao’s manager or representative as it relates to his remaining fight career may face legal repercussions."

They are talking about Sean Gibbons a man who has been involved in fixing fights, taking dives, fraud and decades of corruption. Gibbons has been talking to Ryan's adviser trying to broker a fight without Pacquiao's manager's consent. When GB reached out to Paradigm they had no clue about it and there is no real financing for the fight. GB isn't blocking a fight that isn't real and Pacquiao's real representation hasn't approved. Pacquiao's team is threatening legal actions and sent a letter to all media to spread that anyone who wants to talk a Pacquiao fight talk to us not this shady Gibbons guy who we might be sued if he doesn't stop meddling.

this is interesting, just been reading up on this gibbons fellah and from what I can make out, it’s the fight officials that he’s meddling with.
However, given the fight or potential fight to be staged in the Middle East, I do believe their punishment for crimes are a little more harsh than anywhere else in the world.
I wouldn’t want to be a person the does this over there.
I did hear from some friends who went on holiday there, they have “religious police” who are particularly strict in the severity of punishment even for things we take for granted like, walk-in about in a pair of shorts and flip flops with no T-shirt. I don’t think they care to much for “basic” human rights.
On another note, I do feel that the worst criminals outside of that part of the world should be sent there for punishment against their crimes, somehow I don’t think they would do it again.

if this fight even happens, pacquiao will not take ryan serious.. manny could very well kill the kid if pac goes 100% but knowing manny and ryan is a young kid, and pac already made reference that ryan reminds him of his son so i know he's not gonna beat that ass.
