    Where is Jesus Chavez?

I became a fan of Chavez after he fought Morales with only one arm after injuring the other. Has anyone heard any news about him? He has not fought since the tragic fight vs. Leavander Johnson (RIP)

Well his fight with barrera fell thru because of an injury...right?

I hope he'll continue to fight though,I think he could beat most people in his division, but he's 33 and the inactivity will probably hurt him.

I have been a fan of his for years and was wondering the same thing. A tragic fight like that usually ruins a fighter. Just ask Gabe Reulas. I hope he can overcome it. He was scheduled to face Barrera but pulled out with an injury. Last thing I heard.

he was meant to be fighting Barrera but he torn a rotator cuff a month before , so he fought Juarez

He was meant to return january 12th i think but put it back when he couldnt find a suitable opponent

Barrera was meant to go for the record weight belt vs Chavez , and both seem to still want it

Yeah, I forgot about that injury. He's a good fighter and should be involved in the mix with the elites at his weight class.

I hope he comes back soon.

He's a good boxer, from my city, and I'd like to see him on top again.

I wonder what would have happened had he not hurt himself in his match with Morales.
