Everyone knows Canelo fights the Turk next and then he fights Saunders in May so Jermall is at least over a year from fighting Canelo even if Jermall is a title holder at 168. Why should Jermall make important career decisions based on a far distant possible fight with Canelo that may never happen regardless of him being a champion at 168 or not?
