Here is my asessment, I won't make a prediction till the fights gets made and Alvarez has still to get through 2 fights.

Plant boxes very nice, quick guy, flashy combinations, good movement and very good ring generalship.

I do see some things that will give Canelo problems without a doubt, still.......there's 2 key factors which make me think he won't stand a chance:

1 His power is not something that will keep Canelo hesitant, so I see Canelo cutting of the ring and putting high level pressure.

2 While his defense is very good he seems to very open to straight rights and doesn't look to react very good to jabs, Truax landed some hard shots that leds me to believe Canelo would land and would do significant more damage.

I think Caleb makes a couple of voluntary defences, I would conjecture one top 10 contender and 1 euro or Latin American level contender. He needs the rounds and the experience. He’s still a baby and quite green

What a bunch of losers, dude was his mandatory and Plant put on a masterpiece, Trucrap’s style made for a boring fight, I agree. That doesn’t mean he can’t look good against better opposition. Also, agree with most saying Benavidez beats him easily.
