Don’t know who would complain about the matchup, ugas is now champ and he is a true challenge. Sad that Spence wants ugas belt but not Crawford’s but that’s the business side. I think if Spence drags his feet tr might swoop in with a big offer and get the fight, but I’m not mad if this is the match up

Ugas has been a tough bout ever since he turned his career around. This will be a solid fight to unify 3 belts. Then Crawford for all the marbles!

I could see this fight as prep for a pac fight. Winner of spenseUgas gets Pac.
It appears spence is deliberately avoiding bud. Now I get why people say mayweather avoided pacquiao. He had better options in terms of opposition, while bud is limited to Arums selection. Ugh hate politics

Spence only called out Keith when he knew that fight was impossible to happen. He was being loud like all up-and-comer fighters are.
Now that Keith is one of the top 2 challenges to Spence he doesn't even mention him. We already know how he acts about the other top threat in Crawford.

Even before that, Porter was a live dog -- not a foregone conclusion.
If we look at the top level of the WW division, we have Spence and we have Crawford. Everyone knows this. If we look at who they fight, we have Spence taking on Brook in 2017 for a belt. In 2020 we have Crawford taking on Brook for no real reason. So who is fighting the leftovers?
In 2019, we have Spence taking on Shawn Porter who had just 2 losses on his record at the time. In that same year, we have Crawford taking on Amir Khan who had 4 losses on his record. Porter delivered a bit of a humdinger against Spence. Khan, to put it mildly, did not against Crawford.
Clearly Spence vs Crawford is the fight everyone wants; clearly it's not a fight we're getting yet. Where the blame gets apportioned, I can't say, but it takes two to tango.
We can say quite comfortably that Spence takes on tougher fights at WW than Crawford, so seems strange to single out Spence for the criticism in this area. Especially when he is going after another belt, which is perfectly understandable and -- as things stand -- looks to be the most likely path to forcing an undisputed.

Let's do it.
Ugas (WBA super) vs Spence (unified 147 Champ) to collect another belt.
Should be a ****er too because from the sound of it from NSB posters, Ugas doesn't fight to survive like the Garcias did.
I'm down to watch it cause now it's worthwhile.

Maybe time to move up in weight dude. You been beating up these little guys for far too long.
Crawford might be game to fight anyone put in front of him.
But it's exactly that, who is put in front of him.
Crawford isn't making his agent make fights.

I didn't support this fight, didn't care tbh. The reality is this though Matthysse was at one oint a good fighter and lost to mostly good fighters. Zab, Alexander, Garcia. I don't rate Postal, so whatever, but Postal has more to his name than a lot of other fights. But majority of losses are to really good fighters.
You're too fcuking dumb to understand it's not about the 4 you kum guzzling dragqueen, it's about who he lost too and how many fights he has to those losses.
Lucas was 39-4 with losses to 75% great fighters, Ugas is 26-4 (13 fights less), and lost to Porter (good), Imam (who?), Robles (who?), and Farcia (who?). Ugas lost to 75% fcuking no-name bums. DO YOU SEE THE FCUKING DIFFERENCE NOW???
Get the fcuk off my d1ck you ****** fcuk. You ain't in my level. You got to be ******ed.

Here's the deal, bro.
Matthysse was a straight up cherrypick, period.
Ugas arguably beat Porter, everyone knows it. I scored it 114-113 for Ugas. But it was a close fight.
Ugas arguably nullified Porter better than anyone ever has. Even Spence.
To discredit Ugas for who he lost to without acknowledging that he's been given the short straw on more than one occasion shows you're ignorant about the sport and how to recognize when you've got a real warrior (Ugas) vs. a guy THAT USED to be a warrior but turned into a ducking cherrypicker.
Manny's earned the right to cherrypick. But not when you're champion and holding up the division because you're clearly afraid to fight the guys that's there.
