WBA needs to make Ortiz vs Hooker for the WBA regular

Time for Oscar to petition the ratchet WBA to make the Ortiz Vs Hooker fight for the WBA regular championship. Vergil Ortiz has been the WBA gold champion longer than Ugas was their regular champion @ welterweight. The gold champion is guaranteed a shot @ the regular belt per the WBA rules. Ortiz has earn his shot to fight for a title.
