    Strength and conditioning help

    Hey i need some help here. Curently im a amateur boxer. That starting to Box full time almost daily but im kinda stucl with my strengt and conditioning wondering how much of things and what is best for me to do. Is it better to spilt like 3 full body workouts every week or shorter Circuts pull ups squat push ups dips 3 sets. 3 times a day. But not go to Max. I got time for it but im just wondering what would be best? Thanks
