David never got that far off the ground to fight Caleb when he had a belt so idk when he was supposed to fight Caleb first off.

Plus sh^t he's younger than Caleb & gots a better resume than him ffs. So Plant rewards himself by fighting David cuz it's his biggest fight by a mile.

I get it doe, Caleb is making a money decision cuz he's not even confident enough to fight real opponents besides David at 168 so of course he don't wanna take on a guy as good as David & risk his Canelo lottery ticket. He's just hoping to cash out in September or May 2022 vs Canelo.

Plant used to say people behind the scenes so I always assumed it was Haymon. But I’m looking at Benavidez resume and I don’t see a lot there. One of the Dirrell brothers and JLeon Love???

I never buy what anyone says about their own innocence or boldness or whatever 100%. If you do fair enough. Everyone gots their angle. The bottom line is Caleb gots a soft resume & don't seem to wanna fight ANYONE he's not a -2000 favorite over.
